Identification
We Require Alabama Drivers' License and a verifiable home phone number as a normal means of identification. Additional identification such as a valid credit card may be required at our discretion.
An out-of-state drivers’ license is acceptable identification for out-of-state crews working in the local area provided appropriate open account information is on file or a credit card authorization is used.
Forms of Payment
We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, and Visa.
Payment
We collect rentals and sales at inception, unless pre-arranged by means of an open account.
Metered Items
Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month. Additional usage is charged accordingly.
Damage Waiver
None.
Availability
We expend great effort and resources trying to maintain a sufficient inventory to meet the needs of our customers. We strongly encourage reservations to assure you have what you want when you need it.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your area.
Responsibility
Renting does not alleviate you of responsibility or liability. Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be kept secure, and be protected from the weather. Proper and safe operation is your responsibility. Additional charges for repairs/replacement are made for missing or damaged items.

Prices are subject to change. Please call for quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.
These terms & conditions do not supersede what is stipulated in the
signed rental contract.
